Sweeps Farming is operated as a personal project. We collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or collect personally identifiable information. It records aggregate data like page views and referrers.
• Email addresses - only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter via Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Emails you send us. Messages you send stay in our inbox until we reply and archive them. We do not share them.
• Basic server and request data. Like most websites, hosting and security services may log standard technical details such as IP address, browser type, and request timing for security, caching, and performance purposes.

What we don't do

• We don't run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
• We don't sell any data.
• We don't set advertising cookies.

Affiliate links and outbound clicks

Some links on Sweeps Farming are affiliate links. If you click one and later sign up with a casino or tool, we may earn a commission. That relationship does not give us your account login, financial information, or anything else stored inside the third-party service. It just lets the operator or network know that you came from our site.

Email and newsletter providers

Newsletter signups are handled by Beehiiv. If you subscribe, your email address is processed according to Beehiiv's systems and policies in order to send you the newsletter and manage unsubscribes. If you contact us directly by email, your message is handled by our email provider and retained long enough for us to respond and keep a basic correspondence archive.

Third-party links

When you click an affiliate link on this site, you leave our site and arrive at the linked sweepstakes casino's site. Their privacy policy applies, not ours.

Data retention

We keep anonymous analytics only in the aggregate systems that power site measurement. We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe. We keep reader emails only as long as needed to respond, maintain records, and understand recurring issues players report to us.
