Bigroller’s Terms state that SC remain valid for 60 days from the player’s last login.[18] A login resets that inactivity clock, but an inactive account can still be closed and its remaining coin balances can be reset under the Terms.

If you use Bigroller only occasionally, track the last login and do not leave a redeemable balance unattended. Expiry is especially relevant when a high playthrough requirement stretches the time needed to clear promotional SC.

Responsible-play controls

Bigroller publishes a separate Responsible Gaming Policy. It describes one- to four-hour activity reminders, daily/weekly/monthly purchase and time limits, cooling periods for increasing limits, temporary breaks, and permanent self-exclusion.[19]
